Plastic Free Alternatives

Most people don't even think about how often the products they use are plastic! Think about how many times you use a plastic straw, bag or packaging that is plastic. If you are like me, it is a ton! I never thought about how single use plastics are part of habits in every day life. I have never looked at a plastic fork the same since I was exposed to the serious issues that single use plastics are having on our environment.

My use of these plastics was not out of ill will; but rather the lack of understanding why these common used items in our routine habits are bad news for preserving our earth.

By encouraging people to be more aware of their plastic use, we can create a cleaner world for generations to come.

Part of this involves supporting behavior change and helping others habitually #choosetorefuse shopping bags, straws, takeaway containers and coffee cups – just to name a few.

Here is an easy list of 16 alternatives to use instead of single use plastics-
