Last week we celebrated #NoOneEatsAloneDay. This special day is to help create a culture of acceptance and inclusion. No One Eats Alone Day was created and organized by students to help teach everyone how to make friends at lunch, often the most difficult part of the school day.
At World Missions Outreach, we want everyone to feel included and accepted. This sweet little girl is one of the many young children who live in La Chureca. La Chureca is a city dump where hundreds of families live and is known as one of the 7 most horrendous places in the world. We are working to change the future for these children and their families.
Today we want to emphasis this... It does not matter where your home is located, where you come from, the color of your skin, or what your last name may be; You are worthy, deserving of love, your life is valuable, and you are important. There are no borders when it comes to humanity.
So, pull up a chair and sit with us, there is always room for you to sit with us.
